Production Schedule

Machines, slab demand, scheduling, production entry, reporting, and wire usage in one workspace.

Machines

Machines include wire setup. Wire usage and cuts are recorded from Schedule cards.

Actual capacity is calculated from slab thickness, the 1500 mm drum, 7.4 mm wire, 9.641 mm grooves, available wires, and this safety cap.
Unit Name Type Wires Actions
Wire Usage + Replacement
Track current wire sqft, replace a full wire set, or replace one wire at a time.
Replace All Wires
Resets all current wire sqft to 0 and starts a new wire set.
Replace Individual Wire
Use this when one wire breaks or gets changed before the full set is spent.

Slab Demand

Enter demand. Include width/height if you want auto validation + sqft tracking.

An email is sent when production satisfies the full demand quantity.
Finished batches turn green. Archive hides them without deleting history.
Regular saw limit: 144" wide × 84" high.

Reports

Read-only production reporting from saved machine cut history.

Report filters

One local-time reporting period controls every card, table, chart, detail result, and export.

Measurement basis: one saved machine production record is one saw cut or pass. Produced slab square footage is saved slab area × accepted slabs and is counted once per accepted slab. Cumulative wire-contact square footage is saved slab area × wires used and is shown separately. A value ending in “known*” is partial because one or more older records do not contain the required saved field.

Production summary

Produced slab area and wire-contact area are intentionally separate measurements.
